Shipping Costs & Time Frames

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your package leaves our facility for delivery.
• Three - Four Business Days Shipping: $20
• One - Two Day Shipping: $30

• Express Saturday deliveries: $60 (Where applicable and/or if available in your area).
All transit times are determined by the availability of the item(s) on your order. All tentative delivery times will take affect when your package leaves our facility.
Insurance & Security
• All orders are fully insured while in transit.
• For security and insurance purposes, ALL shipments require a signature upon delivery regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers.
• The Jewelry Exchange encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to receiving and signing their acceptance.
• Because of the nature of the items being shipped, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Alternatively, we do offer a Hold At FedEx Location service, please call us for details.
PO Box Delivery
• PO Box orders will not be delivered without a recipient's signature.
• FedEx orders CANNOT be delivered to a PO Box
Canada Orders
• The Jewelry Exchange can only accept orders to Canada via Paypal.
• International Shipping is $50 and must be selected at the time of your purchase.
• Customer is responsible for all international taxes and/or duty fees that incur upon receipt of package.
JEWELRYBYQUILA DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewelry. Jewelry cannot be exchanged towards a watch. If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for a ring sizing, you must first request an authorization number for your package. To obtain an authorization number contact us by phone at 443-810-5274 or email at support@jewelrybyquila.com. Ship your package via UPS or DHL ONLY. and insure the package for the full purchase price.
For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Quila Jewelers are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from sales@quilajewelers.com and ensure that your name, address and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Jewelrybyquila will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at Jewelrybyquila in their original condition.
